Meluno is currently a free beta: it enters into no paid contract, makes no charge and creates no purchase to withdraw from. PAYMENTS_ENABLED remains disabled.
Future mandatory information
Before accepting payments, the owner must obtain legal advice on the scope, time limit, exceptions, form and effects applicable to the digital service and the start of performance.
How to exercise it
When paid subscriptions are enabled, the procedure, form and channel for an unequivocal decision must be shown before payment. The support email will be used only after it is configured.
Start of the service
If you request digital service performance before the period ends, the consequences and any exception must be displayed and expressly accepted where required by law.
Refunds
Any applicable refund will be made through the same payment method, subject to the law and the circumstances of the purchase.
